How to order from ResAnDes

1. Order

Do you agree with the offer you received from us? Then you can simply confirm this by email or telephone. Of course, you can also send your order without an offer via our contact form or directly to info­@­resandes­.­de.

2. Confirmation

You will then receive a written confirmation from us - an invoice by email. If you do not see our confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or trash.

3. Bank transfer / cash payment / PayPal

We expect the entire invoice amount to be transferred to our account within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed. If you have chosen cash upon collection, we will contact you as soon as the goods are ready for collection.

4. Receipt of payment

As soon as we have received and verified your payment, we will begin processing your order.

5. Shipping/Logistics

Depending on the order and order situation, the delivery time is approx. 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment. You will receive confirmation of the delivery date from us by email or telephone. Your order will then either be sent to you or made available for collection depending on the shipping method you selected. The shipping company will contact you at least one day in advance either by phone or text message to arrange a delivery date.

6. Receiving your order

You receive the goods from the logistics company and then check your order at your leisure. The goods are usually packaged neutrally. Were or are you satisfied with our services? Then we look forward to your positive Google review.

That's why we only ask for information that is necessary to process the contract. Your data and payment information will be processed in accordance with usual security standards to protect against unauthorized access and will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties who are not involved in the ordering and delivery process.
